In this studio, we work exclusively with the SPARK PRO (diode laser and IPL) from the company formatk. For lash and brow lifting, we use products from the renowned companies like InLei, Augenmanufaktur, MyLamination, Noemi, ao.

You have the option to schedule a free initial consultation or combine it with the first treatment. If the free initial consultation is not canceled in a timely manner, the same cancellation conditions as for a paid appointment will apply, as the time was still reserved for this appointment.

A treatment is NOT possible if:

– You are ill (fever, etc.)

– There is an open wound in the area to be treated

– The skin in the area to be treated is very sensitive or damaged.

– You are pregnant or breastfeeding (only with medical approval)

– The treatment area includes a tattoo

1. Preparation:

Avoid extensive/intense sunbathing for 7 days before the treatment. Skin that is red or sunburned cannot be treated, and the appointment must be rescheduled in time.

Please shave the area to be treated thoroughly 1-2 days before the appointment. There should be about 1 mm short stubble visible. If more days are needed for short stubble to appear, please plan accordingly between the last shave and the laser appointment.

If not all booked areas are to be treated, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Omitting certain areas during the appointment still incurs the full cost as the slot was reserved for all areas.

2. Aftercare:

You can resume normal activities immediately after the treatment without special precautions. Sweating from activities such as sports or sauna is not a problem and is allowed.

You can shave the treated area immediately, but it is recommended to wait until the day after the treatment to be gentle on the skin. Avoid using very greasy creams directly on the treated area. Pure Aloe Vera gels and highly moisturizing lotions are ideal for skin regeneration.

For a week after the treatment, avoid sunbathing and tanning beds to prevent skin irritation. If sun exposure is unavoidable (e.g., vacation), apply SPF 50 to the treated area to ensure proper protection. However, avoid prolonged sun exposure.

3. Cancellation:

If you cannot make your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged. Exceptions are only made for acute illness with a medical certificate.

4. Payment:

Payment can be made in cash or via on-site transfer. We do not have a card reader, so if you prefer not to pay in cash, please ensure you can transfer funds using your phone while at the studio.

5. Punctuality:

We ask all clients to arrive at the studio as punctually as possible, but not significantly before the appointment, ideally no more than 10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may not be completed in full, but the full fee will still be charged.

6. Location:

Please check our website, Instagram, or Google for a view of the studio’s exterior to avoid confusion on arrival. The studio is located at Grieskai 42, directly by the Mur River and next to door number 40.

7. Hygiene:

Please sanitize your hands with the provided sanitizer upon entering. If you feel slightly unwell, we ask you to use one of the masks provided.
